SH type single-stage double suction centrifugal pump is used for pumping clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the transported liquid shall not exceed 80 ℃. When viewed from the rear of the motor, the pump rotates counterclockwise. As an important form of centrifugal pump, double suction pump is widely used in engineering due to its high head and large flow rate. The impeller of this pump type is actually composed of two back-to-back impellers, and the water flowing out of the impellers flows into a volute. The double suction pump has the following characteristics: it is equivalent to two single suction impellers of the same diameter working simultaneously, and the flow rate can be doubled under the same impeller outer diameter; The pump casing is horizontally split, making inspection and maintenance convenient. At the same time, the inlet and outlet of the double suction pump are in the same direction and perpendicular to the pump shaft, which is conducive to the layout and installation of the pump and inlet and outlet pipes; The impeller structure of the double suction pump is symmetrical, without axial force, and operates relatively smoothly. In the areas along the Yellow River in China, the flow rate and head of the pumping stations are relatively high, and most of them use double suction centrifugal pumps. The Huinanzhuang pump station in the middle route of the South to North Water Diversion Project also uses double suction pumps for water supply.

Choose Bergman mechanical seals or packing seals. Can ensure 8000 hours of operation without leakage.

2、 Application scope of single-stage double suction centrifugal pump:
Mainly suitable for water plants, factories, mines, urban water supply, large-scale water conservancy projects, farmland irrigation and drainage. Large pumps can also be used as circulating pumps for thermal power plants, air conditioning circulating water, building water supply, irrigation, drainage pump stations, power plants, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, shipbuilding industry and other occasions for transporting liquids.

SH type single-stage double suction centrifugal pump, when viewed from the rear of the motor, the left side of the pump is the outlet and the right side is the inlet. S-type single-stage double suction centrifugal pump, when viewed from the rear of the motor, the left side of the pump is the inlet and the right side is the outlet. (Due to incorrect import and export directions, some customers may not be able to apply it on site. It is important for customers to confirm the import and export direction when selecting a product.)
